ima (now) obachan (grandma) to (with) ohirugohan (lunch) wo tabeteimasu (eating)
今、おばあちゃんとお昼ご飯を食べています！
* in a formal setting you want to say "sobo" 祖母 (grandmother) rather than obachan (grandma)

和風ハンバーグステーキ

なす

Grated radish
daikon (radish) oroshi (grated)
